                以青海⊙格爾木產黑果枸杞種子為材料,研究了不同采種時╱間的種子質量和發芽率,拱棚、覆蓋、露地等不同育苗方式和0.3、0.6、0.9 cm等不同播種育苗→覆土厚度對出苗的影響以及黑果枸杞幼苗生長規律,結果為不同采摘○期所采種子質量與發↙芽率不同,8月中什麽是蓮花藕旬所采種子平均千粒重1.2 g,發芽率88.9%,優於10月上旬采集的千∏粒重(0.9 g)和發芽率(69.6%); 不同育苗方式對出苗期、出苗率等有影響,拱棚育苗出苗早、出苗整齊、發芽率高,露地少主育苗出苗最晚々、出苗最不整齊、出苗率最低,覆蓋育苗介於之間; 播種覆土厚度對播種◇出苗遲早和出苗持續時間有影響,對出苗⌒率影響不顯著,覆土∩越薄越有利; 生產中應采取拱棚或覆蓋育苗方式,覆土厚度0.3 cm; 黑果枸杞1 a生幼苗高度、地徑等生長分為3個時期即緩慢生長前期、快速生長中期、緩慢但由於墨麒麟等人生長後期湧入祥雲之中,緩慢生長前期鏡子幼苗弱小、抗逆能力弱,應註意灑水,適時蓋、揭塑料拱棚或覆蓋物等,保暖、保濕、遮陽。
                Abstract:
                Lycium ruthenicum was studied regarding the quality and the germination rate of seeds collected at different time, the effect of different seeding depth and covering materials on emergence rate and seedling survival rate. Additionally, we observed the seedling growth rhythm and resistance. Results showed that seeds at different time of harvest were different in quality and germination rate, seeds harvested in middle of August had TKW(Thousand Kernel Weight)of 1.2 g and germination rate of 88.9%, superior to those harvested early October with TKW of 0.9 g and germination rate at 69.9%. Protected culture measure can have earlier germination, higher germination rate and uniform seedlings, superior to open field culture. Mulching measure generated effect between the two above. Thickness of covering soil during sowing would influence the time for germination but not influence the germination rate. Generally, the thinner of the soil covering, the better for early germination. In practice, protected culture or mulching plus soil covering about 0.3 cm were adopted. Lycium ruthenicum at 1 a would experience three stages of growth in height and stem: slow growing in early period, fast growing in middle period and slow growing in later period. During slowing growing in early period, the seedlings were small and weak to tolerate stress. Protected measures like spraying water and properly covering and opening greenhouse should be taken.
