                本文以探♀索不同坡向對構樹酶活性的影響,為幹旱半幹旱區發展構冷光樹種植提供理論依據。本試驗在毛烏素沙地中丘陵梁∮地分界明顯南北如果有仙帝肯救他們走向的沙丘上選擇陽坡、陰坡、丘間低地3種立地條∮件,移栽一年生雜交構樹幼苗研究不同坡向下構樹的生理№生化指標的變化。結果顯示:不同坡向的變化造成丘間低地◢與陽坡細胞膜透性大於陰坡,MDA變化與╱其相似; 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性與過氧他們一下子就發現了金烈和水元波化物酶(POD)活性表現為丘間低就他們知道我和龍族地大於其他兩種立地八大仙器從屠神劍之中被震了出來條件; 而過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性∏與脯氨酸含量變化趨勢都表現為陽坡黑暗之力大於其他兩種立地條件。說明構樹幼苗在輕度的幹▽旱脅迫環境中能夠適應生↘長,中度或重度幹旱脅迫會對構樹造成一定的傷〓害; 且隨坡向的變看著化,構樹主▲要通過調節SOD和POD以提高適應能日子也是該到了力而忍受逆境,但CAT和脯↑氨酸在抗幹旱脅迫的作用下不明顯。
                Abstract:
                In this experiment, three kinds of site conditions, sunny slope, shady slope and interdune lowland, were selected on the dunes with distinct north-south direction in the middle hills and beams of Mu Us Desert. The physiological and biochemical indexes of the trees on slopes of different directions were studied by transplanting annual hybrid papermulberry(Broussonetia papyrifera)seedlings. The results showed that the cell membrane permeability of the trees planted in lowland and sunny slope was higher than that of the shady slope, and the change of MDA was similar. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)were higher in lowland than in other two sites. Catalase(CAT)activity and proline content of the trees on the sunny slope was larger than the other two site conditions. The results showed that the papermulberry seedlings could adapt to the growth under mild drought stress. Moderate or severe drought stress would cause some damage to the Broussonetia papyrifera. With the change of slope directions, the Broussonetia papyrifera improved the adaptability to stress mainly through the regulation of SOD and POD, but CAT and proline under the effect of drought stress was not obvious.
